1. Acceptance of terms
By registering for and using the Munal website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Nature of the service
Munal is an intermediary service that helps coordinate and track embassy appointment bookings, administrative form submissions (such as Jobcenter, WBS), and similar services. We are not a government body, embassy, or official authority, and there is no guarantee of a specific appointment time or the final outcome of any administrative/governmental request — those decisions ultimately rest with the relevant authorities.
3. Accuracy of information provided
You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and currency of the information you provide during registration or when submitting a request (including your name, passport number, and date of birth). Submitting false or fraudulent information may result in your request being rejected or your account being blocked.
4. Pricing and payment
The cost of each service is displayed transparently before you submit a request. You pay for each request directly, right after submitting it, via one of the methods listed in the app (gift card code, cryptocurrency, etc.). Your request is only sent for review after your payment is confirmed. You are responsible for the accuracy of the payment details you submit.
5. Refund policy
Given the service nature of this platform (administrative coordination and tracking), fees paid for requests that are in progress or already completed are generally non-refundable, except where the service was not delivered due to our own error. For any refund request, contact us via support.
6. User responsibilities
- Keeping your password and account login details confidential.
- Not using the service for unlawful purposes or fraud.
- Posting only appropriate, lawful content in reviews and support messages.
We reserve the right to suspend or restrict an account that violates these terms — where possible, you will be informed of the reason before this happens.
7. Limitation of liability
Munal makes every reasonable effort to deliver its services accurately, but we cannot guarantee an exact appointment time or the final outcome of administrative requests that are outside our control (such as decisions made by government bodies). Our liability for indirect damages is limited.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any dispute will be resolved within the framework of applicable EU consumer protection law.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new version.
